How do I connect my website with my Kivy app

I want to start a project but don't really know where to start. I want to make an app where you can create a survey. The app generate a link to a website where you can answer the survey.

I know I'll use Kivy for the app but I have no expirience with websites.

Has someone experience with something like that. What tools can I use for the website that are easy to connect with an Kivy App and how can I save the surveys?
