Create a Floor Vizualizer, to preview different floors in the same room

You can try it for yourself, is a simple one we can find more complex.

And I was curious how it is possible to create something like that? I did a search and I can't find anything I can start with.

I would appreciate it, for some help if possible. Because I'm interested in developing a similar project.
