My FIRST time using Stack Overflow: HOW often do y'all use this site on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for work?

What's good y'all, shout out from Houston, Texas.

I'm an aspiring, techy young kid from Houston currently working as a freelance developer. My current goal is to specialize in a domain of web design freelance such as small businesses, bloggers, hobbyists, big corporations, or really entity that just wants to get content out there to the web.

I just signed up to Stack Overflow because I often find myself using it a lot i.e when i'm looking for solutions to tech problems.

My question is based off sheer curiosity: how often do web designers/ developers use stack overflow on a given basis? How much value do you place into a site like this when it comes to getting your projects completed? And as a bonus question (lol) what are some other learning resources that y'all personally use that are like Stack Overflow or maybe like an online magazine, newspaper-blog type of thing..?
