Can't access the site through www (wold wide web) [closed]

I am working with XAMPP on windows 10 I have a website: https://sctch.co.il
when I try to enter the site through www.sctch.co.il. I get a blank page displaying "hello world" in simple small text. When I enter the site through https://sctch.co.il or http://sctch.co.il it is working fine. I have tried to search the folder of sctch.co.il inside the htdocd folder. I searched all of the files and folders for "hello world" and couldn't find it. I also have another site in the htdocs its URL IS HTTPS://scts.co.il. this site is working fine with www.scts.co.il I already tried dns record
