problem while following webscraping tutorial

I am new to web scraping and was following a tutorial on udemy and ran into a lot of errors while running most of them I could fix but I don't know how to fix this. I tried to remove the : but that obviously doesn't work

data = ('Title' : titles)

i get the error Unexpected expression syntax could someone help me, please.
