Server Error 403 Forbidden | You do not have permission to access this document | Webhost (Website Project)

even after setting all rights, I still get the error msg: Server Error 403 Forbidden | You do not have permission to access this document

I set all rights to: rwxr-xr-x (current) even tried with: rwx-rwx-rwx

I`m using a Webhosting, where I´m trying to upload my Website (PHP) Project.

I tried it with localhost aswell, but got the same error msg.
