Livestream not working using AGORA SDK v3.2.0 i dont know how to implement or integrate it to website

i seriously don't know much about this, so i will share the screenshot of the platform script . I am using an sngine script which in it shows a setting where to insert an Agora live streaming app ID and certificate; Live Stream Enabled Turn the live stream system On and Off Who can Go Live : Everyone. Agora App ID : bb2e30e8586a46138396239c41b9868b

Agora App Certificate : 1ed1fdfab8694047a95dc4b387529018 -Primary certificate. e96877c6bac4490786695a1ec7db50b0 -secondary certificate.

Now i don't know which sdk it's running on the script. but i just know that the Live streaming functionality won't just Go Live. it keeps saying Loading/Going Live and it never does.

i even tested the account web demo https://console.agora.io/invite?sign=9ac422ed5ea338acd0e53532067963a9%253Abf1c6bf28ff02bee7789d679a7b756fed676c0d6f6f42c04ad93f2c02606c0c8 and it worked..

But it doesnt go live for me...

I also added this script but i don't know if it is correct. or if this seapks to the particular sdk version you are referring to.
