I need help getting to a file in a directory above where I am right now with JS

I am currently attempting to make a website. I made a login page out of HTML, CSS, and js and I need it to go to a different HTML page when answered correctly. The only part that isn't working is getting to the new page once everything is entered correctly. Is there a js command that can open another HTML file and that file is in a directory above it? The directory aboce is the part I need the most help with. Any and all help would be appreciated.
