How to make a native app for existing website

my question how can we make a native Android app for existing website. Suppose I have a website like youtube or any other social networking site. I want to make android version of it without any "Online convertor", how one can do it. There's no problem of budget. Like we can use our account of fb on web and app too. Please Pardon me. Thank you
