how can I push a button and redirect all my current visitors to another page?

I want all my users that are on https://example.com/thispage to redirect to https://example.com/newpage by simply pressing a button on a nother page.

So:

step one https://example.com/thispage step two like 10 people are viewing this site, then i could redirect them all to https://example.com/newpage with a push of a button

Is this possible? And how. Is there any Github source or anything that could get me started?
