Having issue with Live Server, page not opening and reloading automatically

I am trying to use its feature of live loading, but its not reloading the chrome browser in real time. Now its giving some kind of error. Which is "Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80 at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncompleted] (net.js.:1146:16)" For the same I've attached an image of the error. Please help me out in this.
