change range value by mouse wheel

I want to decrease and increase range value, by using mouse wheel, I tried to search any eventlistener of mouse wheel and I found window.addEventListener('wheel', ()=> {}) but I don't know how to increase when I scroll up and decrease while scroll down, by the way, I have 100vh body so I cant manipulate with scroll bar, there is no any solution on youtube, can you guys help me?
