Cannot access website from several internet provider and

I have website with server Location in Jakarta, Indonesia.

But, my users have trouble to access the site for some Internet Provider and Cellular Network in my area. There is also some error happen, but when i try in my network it's was ok and fine.

My domain is: pedul*igizi.id (please remove the asterisk to access the site)

I don't have any idea how this happen. Please help me to solve this problem
