How to loop through each url on a webpage nad extract a specific value?

Hello: I'd like to extract a specific number which is the total number of Instagram users in each state from a webpage. [This page] (https://napoleoncat.com/blog/instagram-user-demographics-in-specific-states-in-the-us-december-2016/) has list of states that have URLs and there is text that gives information on the number of Instagram accounts in that state. How can I automate this process so that I can quickly loop through each of those urls on that webpage? I am new to webscraping in Python! Thanks so much!!
