Image not displaying via url or in webpage showig error message Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'begin' (T_STRING) [duplicate]

I am getting this error when I am trying to access jpg files on the server please help me here is the error message and also the server interprets the jpg file as HTML or PHP. and not loading in the webpage. here is screenshot
