Text size not changing website android from device setting

we have website running currently where text change is not happening when we change text size from android device setting. We need to change text of website when device setting change. We are using "meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1", in our website head view, this is the issue here? I removed this but still text size is not changing for the website, what could be the reason. I checked many sites have this problem but i can see few whose text size changes when text size changes in device setting. Kindly help here.
