503 error when trying to debug web service

I am trying to run an application which has been configured in IIS but when trying to either browse in IIS or even debug in VS 2019 i get a 503 error.

I have ensured that the path application inside default websites is correct for the project

I have adjusted a few settings

I have also ensured that I have added the correct windows features
