how cna i make this program from what language or program

first off, i'm from south korea person. i hope you know about me. i can't do english very well and can't make program. i am beginner of program. so, i want to ask some questions about making programs. i want to make updating program for big data program from web. i explain the program that is, i wanna pick up data from web and the data is updated in my program by just clicking one button. example, for jan of 2015, something is 11$. for fabruary of 2015, something is 13$ and after that something's price goes up. from that situation, i want to make big date and chart of progress by clicking one button. please help me to study computer. i wanna study... maybe in edx platform so i think, please suggest for me the course in edx. i want to know how i can make this program from what language or program. i was surfing for months but i couldn't make decision. pleas help me.. ㅠㅠ
