Why site gives me different JSON in different browsers?

(pls sry 4 my eng) I need to parse catalog from http://instacart.ca but I have problem: I can go there 4 example:

https://www.instacart.ca/v3/retailers/462/module_data/departmentviewallitems_15105?page=1&per=30

(this link works only if you autorized on this site)

and theoretical it should return me JSON object with the information about 30 items in catalog, that I need to parse, and in OperaGX browser it works. But in google chrome or common Opera, for example, it's giving me inforamation about 25 objects. (it's just skip some objects from OperaGX's try) and I don't understand why, and how I can solve it.
