How to translate a page with the chosen language in multiple pages website?

I have a multiple pages website and I wanted to add translations in different languages. I use jQuery.i18n library in order to do the translations. The translation for a single page is working, however if I go to other page it doesn't translate it. For example; the default language is en, and the user chose es and the page has been translated, now the user clicked on the navigation bar contact page, and it's loaded in en again and doesn't translated to es. I read tutorials about jquery.i18n, however they only talk about single page translation. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
