wordpress website Cannot play video sorry, this video cannot be played

I have a wordpress website, and I add in single template a eframe with a live video from facebook, in my laptop, my mobil phone and many other mobil work good but in a galaxi s8 say "Cannot play video sorry, this video cannot be played".

I have been looking for this error on stackoverflow but they only talk about android. Can some body help me please?
