What is the best method to rebuild a yearly ranking from 1000 tournaments results in 7 years? (with 2000+ participants) [closed]

2) The ranking works like the tennis ATP Tour. 2000 points for grand slams winners and so on...

In short, I would like to rebuild a whole new database/website based on all these public results without access to the initial database and attribute points to these 2000+ members who played. Which method or course of action do you suggest to deliver this project as quickly as possible?
