why the decimal number like (200.00) change to (200/00) in Asp.Net web application

I have an Asp.Net web application, when I upload it, the decimal number not save in database because decimal number like (200.00) change to (200/00). it means (.) change to (/). now, how can i solve this problem. thanks.
