Create a website that displays the heart rate in a graph from Apple Watch, FitBit etc. How do I do this?

The title pretty much says it all. I wanted to create a website that involves taking data from a fitbit/Apple watch or any device that records heart rate automatically and analyses and displays it. How would I be able to do this, which API should I use? Which device is best?
