routing from react native page to react.js page

App has 2 pages in react native (login and register) and the rest is react.js

goal-A: routing from the react-native pages to react.js pages goal-B: send data from the react-native pages to react.js pages

what I had in mind is:

sol-A: upload my web app to my server and treat the react.js pages as an HTTP link sol-B: using my database

but I want to ear to the wisdom of the respected crowd
