how to use special key at the same time for number of web pages?

Suppose we have five web pages. The shortcut key "َAlt+Enter" does special work for me in these pages. Now I need to use this shortcut at the same time on every 5 web pages. I don't know how to do that with every 8 pages using this command shortcut key. Thanks for any tips.
