How to run a python script using javascript(for my web app)

I'm building a keyword extraction web app where I basically have 3 grids(1-> python terminal, 2-> debugger, 3-> Output Graphs). I want to use javascript to build this web app. I wanna know how to run a python script using javascript. I'm kinda new to web development so I wanna know what environment I need to use for this.
