Can I make a real app through the serverless stack guide?

I'm slowly learning how to create a Note App through the Serverless Stack Guide.

Well, I have some questions and ask questions.

I think it's tricky and difficult to set up an AWS account, set up an environment, write a REST API, and test it.

Can I do everything from backend to frontend by myself?

And can I use the Serverless Stack Guide to create applications for real users ?

Does studying AWS Serverless help me?

Finally, can I combine the serverless stack backend with React Native?
