How to make a custom jwplayer with own url and different sources

Hey guys I am trying to make a streaming site and so far everything worked out pretty well. But as there is not every movie within the source I am using right now I want to make a little menu where you can choose between sources in jwplayer. I want to have pretty much excactly the same like that (this site has many pop ups so turn on pop up blocker): http://moviehungershaven.xyz/player/npls1.php?id=tt0109830 . The player is coded on the website's url and when you click on top on server two for example, the url changes to ...npls2/... and the source is different. I am using dooplay and I edited the player file that it auto embeds movies with gdrive. I unluckily dont really know to code, thats why I am here - to ask professionals. I dont know how to code jwplayer on my url and how to select movies with the imdb id automatically. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
