Questions about character encoding and image/text

1. Analyse the site (www.naver.com) and find out that are images and what are texts. - must have logical reason / proof
2. If it is a text, what data type is used?
3. Cannot use Dev tools.
4. I do not have any web programming knowledge.

I am trying find out what elements are images and what are texts. I came up with an idea that if I change the character encoding, anything that changes would be text.

However, the bottom right part in image2 in the imgur link, does not change even it clearly looks like a text. It is not effected by character encoding settings. Why?

Also, any other suggestions would be nice :)

Another way I'm trying is

I crawled the site with webzip and anything that is downloaded as image (png, jpg..) would be image.

and anything else would be text.
