Netlify Url Query Rewrite

I want to rewrite https://example.com/usersq=exampleuser to https://example.com/users/exampleuser

Is this possible with Netlify?

The only thing I found in the Netlify Docs was this /users/ q=:q /users/:q 301 but its redirecting to https://example.com/users/exampleuser not rewriting the URL query.
