How can I set up an audio file to stream 24/7?

I am wanting to stream an mp3 file that is substantially large (try 1 year in length) over the internet like an online radio station that people can tune into at anytime. I then want this to be accessible through QR codes that I will be distributing around town. The file needs to play from start to finish without being able to be stopped by the audience.

Is this possible through Azure etc and if so what is the best way to go about it? If alternatives are available and are simpler, please advise!
