Deploying code that runs in a command prompt

For months I'm struggling on the deployment of a code, and today I wanted to share with you to have a possible solution!

I explain to you :

In fact it's code that I wrote to go to a specific site and perform a specific action. This code I realized with CasperJS (which is mainly used to simulate the action of a man, and which builds on nodeJs, Phantom JS).

My problem is that I want to execute this code every hour to infinity. For this I need to host it on an online server (on which I do not know!) And also saw that to run it I use the command prompt I really do not know how to deploy it on a server and execute it every 1 hour.
