ASPX (html) pages and controls in WPF application

I'm a web developer. Now I'm trying to develop using WPF. And after web my main disappointment is completely awful designing capabilities in WPF. Even a single button is a pain in the @ss when you want to add some custom look to it, tons of extra code, multiple workarounds and compromises.

My question is conceptual and probably will get some critics for not asking exact things with code samples etc. Moderators, please correct the title and tags if you think those are not the best for the topic. And before you close the topic, can you answer these questions:

1) Can you create WPF Form content using asp web page with aspx controls and styles? Load an ASPX page with code-behind or anything similar with all the controls and functionality? Using aspx syntax instead of ugly xaml stuff? Using WPF form just like a window, a container for web pages? Using js and css like in a web page?

2) If there is anything like that, can you give advices or links for information?

Interested in using apsx files as content pages of a multi-page WPF app.
