Is there an automated website responsivness testing tool/library?

I would like to run through a bunch of websites (defined by an URL or whole html code) to check whether the website acts responsively (scales for mobile/tablet/desktop devices) or not.

Is there some online tool/library for that or how does one do it programmaticaly?

Anyone has some tips? Thanks!
