Problem with resolving package jbr.springmvc and user-beans

I'm trying to create spring-mvc-servlet and user beans and have an error in this xml files "Cannot resolve package springmvc"and "Cannot resolve class or package" Inspection info:"Spring XML model validation" how can i fix it ?Erorrs colored red
