Is it possible, to make automatic update to website, after every github push?

I want to make changes to the website, without uploading files manually after every change.

Ideally, I would like it to update automatically after every push to my github repository.

Could you link me resources/point me in the right direction?

I am very fresh in web dev (started today), I am sorry for my noobish question.
