How to connect digicom biometric fingerprint device using web?

I have a biometric finger device from digicom, software ftrac v1.0.2359sa and engine rsf v1.0.I can connect it using software but i have tried different php and python library but failed to connect it using web. Has any one successfully connected this device uisng web?
