Get Server Error 500 for web project which download from git

I make a project on git. It executes fine on my computer. But when I push it to Git and my friends pull it, they can't excute it. They got Server Error (500). enter image description here. I found a lot of solutions on the Internet but it didn't work, so I have to ask on here. Please help me!! (I use Wampserver, Subslime Text, Laravel for this project) P.s: my English is not good, hope you can understand my problem. :)
