Can i change my themes after approved Google adsense?

About i post this question, my site generally approved from google adsense.

The site is issekai.com, thats my new website about 2 weeks. Someone tell to me to change the themes, because that themes so "general". Its fine to change the themes after approved? or does it take review again if i change the whole of my site?
