Im trying to find the link to a manual download so i can call to it from cmd or psh

The title says it all, im trying to get a link to download something, but the link is just to the webpage, the link says manual download when i click it it downloads, when i middle click it manual downloads, im trying to figure this out so i can mass download without clicking multiple times
