Software suggestions from open source to commercial platform

I am working on Hybrid Mobile Application Development. Using Oracle Server for storing and maintaining data, Please suggest the commercial softwares, DB Servers, Functional programming languages for the mentioned softwares to work out the same idea.

• The User login information details and other information will be stored in local SQLite database
• LYME and LYCE solution stacks for maintaining heavy duty web pages
• Write only message archive will be stored in riak/cassandra database
• application will send contents to web-server, and web-server will store the contents in media-store CDN
• metadata, profile, contacts, hierarchy, permissions will be stored in MongoDB NoSQL
• Using Erlang as functional Programming language
• Using Linux 6.X/7.X Operating System
