writing and posting in the same web page

What I want to do is there is a web page that contains writing part and posting part. In the writing part, I write something and click the submit button. Then it will be automatically posted on the posting part. Can I do this with jsp? Or should I make 2 web pages, one is just for writing and the other is just for posting? Thank you.
