Make this nav bar using bootstrap without href

Hey everyone, now I want to make a nav bar looks like this. This is a pop out Bootstrap modal with size guide for different products inside.

My question is how can I make this nav bar using Bootstrap? Especially all resources are statically loaded and click on any option will not jump to another page.
