Freelancing as a web developer or as a 3D-modeler?

Good evening,

I want to become a freelancer. I'm comfortable with hard surface modeling in Blender and texturing the models in Substance Painter. I'm also interested in programming. I can a little bit python and swift - I understand the basics of them.

I'm 16 years old and I'm still in school, so I have not 8 houres a day to freelance. I'm planning to build up a company which I want to fund by building iOS-Apps (or with freelancing). But for iOS-development I need expensive stuff like a Mac or the Adobe Creative Cloud. To get this money, my idea is to earn it by freelancing to also get some experience at networking etc.

Now I don't now wheather I should do 3D modeling or web development.

Can I use my 3D skills to make a website visually more interesting?

Which path will bring me more experience? Which path will bring me more money? Which path is more time consuming? In which branche is more competition? What is a good niche (to start)? Architectural visualization? Visualization of machines or something like this?

I hope I'm on the right forum for this,

vexE
