Is there a way to typeset a web page using LaTeX line breaking and microtype features?

LaTeX is a powerful tool to typeset text in various forms.

Unfortunately, the limitations of the typesetting functionality of web browsers and/or HTML engines becomes blatantly obvious when looking at e.g. a Wordpress blog.

I can't help but wonder if there isn't some JavaScript magic that can be done to properly typeset text on the web.

So to be crystal clear: I want to be able to show a web page that looks like it has been typeset by LaTeX. Is this at all possible (i.e. bypassing the web browsers attempt at typesetting) and does this already exist somewhere?
