Site Testing on Touch Screen Laptops

My client wrote that element click not working on touch screen laptops with the Windows 10 and the latest update to chrome browser.

I have used "touchstart click" event on the element, and it works fine on desktop and mobile devices excerpt touch screen laptops.

I have tested with chrome toggle device toolbar and everything works fine. Is there another way to test site for touch screen laptops ?
