In Load test single user is same as multi user

I created a webtest with single user. While i ran a load test, Its giving a report on single user with 100 virtual users load test report. My Question is--> Is single user's 100 virtual users load test report is equals to multiple users's load test report in web performance test? Kindly help me on this ASAP..
