Accessing src folder from service class in Grails-3.1.0

I can easily access all java/groovy files located inside src folder in main project from Service classes inside grails-app/services folder but I am unable to access the same in case of plugin project. I have attached the folder structure of main project(racetrack) and plugin project(racetrackplugin). Any help would be appreciated.
