control windows service from web application in asp.net

we have bundle of window services which are developed by .net and hosted in Server "A". we have web application which are developed by ASP.NET and hosted in Server "B". is there any possibility to control over on the windows service which all are deployed in "Server A" from "Server B" Web application. i have to start/Stop the windows service through my application. is it possible in asp.net. if so, anyone please share the link about how to do it? the scenario may be two server in same domain or different domain. i mean two server may not be inter linked. i have to access windows service in particular server from my web application.
